Qi Gong (also referred to as Chi Kung)
Literally translated as "energy work", Qi Gong is just that.  Students cultivate Qi or energy by using deep breathing in combination with gentle yet dynamic expansive moves.  Relaxing for the mind and healthy for the body, Qi Gong principles are an essential component for any of the internal arts .

The main purpose of Qigong is the preservation of health, the prevention of disease, the reduction of stress, and the fulfillment of everyday life. By performing these breathing exercises, the lungs are being developed, increasing their capacity for air, allowing for increased blood flow throughout the system, which cleanses and strengthens the internal organs as well as the nervous, muscular, and skeletal systems, and as an aid in the controlling of blood pressure. It is capable of rejuvenating the complexion, the focus ability of the eyes, and to maintain good hearing.

Tai Chi Qigong

This way of performing the Tai Chi form is phenomenal in what it does for you health wise. This is real Qigong at its highest level.
